I can understand why Paul gets only 5 star ratings, everything was sorted via text, Paul arrived on time, did a superb job and left the room clean and tidy, if it wasn't for the newly plastered ceiling you would never know that that any work had been done. Paul often recommends/ does additional work to make the job just that bit better and you genuinely feel like he wants to do a good job. Paul was really reliable and trustworthy. He provided a very reasonable quote and has done an excellent job plastering four of our rooms. He set our expectations early, advised when he would be available and is friendly and punctual. He also completed the work in the timeframe he had advised. I had to work away some days, and had no worries trusting Paul with the keys so he could continue working. He gave us great advice on which paint to use to seal the plaster. We definitely wouldn’t hesitate to have him back for future works! 100% recommend!
